W250, Y151 and S304 rest around the turntable, Sunday 26th August 1984


On Sunday 26th August S304, B63, B64, T335, T360, Y151 and W250 were stabled at Ballarat East Locomotive Depot. Although V/Line corporate colours were launched over a year ago only T360 (Portland chop top) is in orange and grey. 

W250, Y151, S304, T335, B64, B63 and T360 stabled around the turntable at Ballarat East Locomotive Depot, Sunday 26th August 1984.


B63 is rostered on 8.45 am Up Ballarat pass, whilst S304 and B64 will be used on Monday mornings 6.45am and 7.45am pass to Melbourne.


B63 takes a spin on the turntable in preparation for running 8.45 am Up Ballarat pass, 


Y150-Y152 had departed earlier to Windermere to retrieve loaded ballast hoppers before running to Box Bank loop to discharge. Ballast specials have been running daily, usually consisting of 5 to 7 VHWA and a ZL.

Y152-Y150 await the signal to depart the Ballarat East Locomotive Depot. These locos will run out to Windermere to collect a rake of VHWA ballast hoppers.
