Passenger carriage fleet - (Run 39) CW-AW-BPL-BW-BPL

The passenger car fleet on my Ballarat layout is based on sets that were operating and carriages that still in service around Easter 1983. I have used the observations made by Roderick B Smith of passenger services arriving and departing Spencer Street on Black Thursday 31st March 1983 (recorded in Newsrail June 1983), Roster N12 and from photos and observations taken at Bacchus Marsh and Melton on the 2nd April and the 8th April 1983.

As this is 40 years ago I though I would share the make-up of these sets over the next few days.
