Adjacent to the maintenance building and turntable at Ballarat East is a large fuel tank. As I didn't have enough space, I eliminated the bunting and smaller secondary tank. I also change the steps to a vertical ladder and eliminated the handrail around the top of the tank.

The tank was made of the cardboard cylinder with cardboard of various thicknesses used for the roof and reinforced base. Craft paints were used to replicate unusual colour.
